Terms of use and sale

1. Who we are

AI Marga is operated by Ramesh Kumar ("we"). Contact: hello@aimarga.com. These terms apply to the website and to all products sold on it.

2. What the service is

AI Marga is software. When you order an AI Roadmap, our software uses your questionnaire answers and AI to generate a report automatically. No person reviews the report before delivery. Reports and toolkits are general information to help you plan. They are not a consulting service and not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. AI output can contain mistakes; check important points, prices and legal requirements before acting, and consult a qualified professional (for example your CA) where appropriate.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable GST. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record (reseller) for the sale and issues your invoice; Dodo Payments' buyer terms apply to the payment. A contract for the report is formed when your payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery and access

• Reports are delivered digitally, usually within 5–15 minutes of payment and in any case within 24 hours. You receive a private link by email.
• Anyone with the link can view the report. Keep it private and share it only with people you trust.
• To protect your privacy, reports and your answers are deleted 90 days after purchase. Please save your report as a PDF.
• Toolkits are delivered as a download by the payment provider immediately after payment.

5. Refunds, email support, revisions and partner codes

• Purchases are final once delivered: we do not refund a report, toolkit or partner bundle because you changed your mind after delivery. You get a full refund if we cannot deliver within 24 hours, if what you received is not what this site describes, or if you were charged twice. See the refund policy.
• Every AI Roadmap and AI Roadmap Pro includes email support. Within 21 days of receiving your report you can send one follow-up question about it by replying to your report email, and a person answers by email. The answer is general information to help you understand and use the report, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and section 8 applies to it as well.
• AI Roadmap Pro includes one automated revision within 30 days of delivery.
• Partner bundle codes are single-use, do not expire and may be given or sold to your clients.
• If a report cannot be generated, we notify you and you can choose a full refund.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about your business. The report can only be as specific as your answers.
• Do not enter personal data of your customers, employees or other people in the free-text fields.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or try to disrupt or misuse it (including attempts to manipulate the AI).

7. Rights in the report

You may use your report for your own business and share it with your team and advisors. You may not resell reports except through the partner bundle. The website, software and toolkits remain our property.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is complete, correct or suitable for your situation, or that tool prices and government schemes are still current. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Consumers in the EU/EEA

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts for digital content within 14 days. By ordering, you ask us to start generating your report immediately and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery has begun.

10. Grievances

Contact hello@aimarga.com. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future orders; the version shown when you ordered applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply.
