Privacy policy

This policy explains how Ramesh Kumar ("we"), operator of AI Marga, handles personal data. We collect as little as possible, never sell it, and delete it automatically.
1. Controller and contact
Ramesh Kumar, see contact and legal details. Email: hello@aimarga.com. This contact is also our grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

After deletion we keep only anonymous statistics (for example sector, state, language and tier) that cannot identify you. Encrypted database backups are kept for up to 35 days and then overwritten.
3. Who processes your data
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database, security checks (Turnstile). Processor.
- An AI model provider in the United States: generates reports from your answers. Processor. Under its terms, the data we send is not used to train its models by default. We name the provider on request.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): sending emails. Processor.
- Dodo Payments: payment processing and invoicing as merchant of record. Independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers are protected by the providers' data processing terms, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your unfinished questionnaire and the site language you ordered in (localStorage) and your order access token for this tab (sessionStorage) so you do not lose your answers; you can clear them at any time. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is using the forms. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal); object to processing; and, under the GDPR, request data portability and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under the DPDP Act you may also nominate another person to exercise your rights and raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India. 6. Children
AI Marga is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Report links use long random tokens that we store only in hashed form. Access to systems is restricted to the operator. No person reads your report before it is delivered. If you email us a question, the person who answers reads your message and, where needed to answer it, your report.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
