About AI Marga
Most small businesses know AI matters but do not know where to start, and good advice has been either expensive or generic. AI Marga exists to give every business owner a clear, specific path, affordably and in their own language.
How reports are made
- You answer a questionnaire about your business. Mostly multiple-choice, a few optional text fields.
- Our software creates your roadmap with AI, from your answers and from information we keep up to date on tools, costs and government schemes. Every price in the report shows its source and date.
- No person reads or edits your report before it reaches you. That keeps it fast and affordable. Within 21 days of receiving your report you can send one follow-up question about it by replying to your report email, and a person answers by email.
What we do not do
- We take no commissions from software vendors.
- We do not sell or share your data, and we delete your answers after 90 days.
- We do not give legal, tax or financial advice. For those, speak to your CA or a qualified professional.
Why AI Marga exists
AI Marga grew out of something Ramesh learned the hard way: AI tools are powerful, but they are blind to local reality. They did not know about monsoon floods, festival traffic or how business really works in an Indian neighbourhood, and they were replacing the people who did.
Large companies can hire someone to translate between AI and their business. Most small businesses in India cannot. AI Marga packages that translation into software: a short questionnaire, a curated knowledge base of tools and schemes that actually work in India, and an AI-generated roadmap in your language.
Reports are generated automatically and clearly labelled as AI-generated, with no person reviewing them. That is what keeps them affordable. Ramesh’s role is the idea and the local knowledge behind the software, not writing individual reports.
Co-founder: Ramesh Kumar
Mumbai
Ramesh grew up in Dharavi, Mumbai, and taught himself programming, first on a second-hand smartphone, later on a laptop he assembled from e-waste parts. He worked as a backend developer in Mumbai until AI coding tools took over much of that work, then retrained in AI. Today he leads AI work at a Mumbai logistics company, adapting AI systems to local conditions such as monsoon flooding and festival traffic.
- Self-taught backend developer (Python), now Lead AI Architect at a Mumbai logistics company
- Built a middleware layer that adapts off-the-shelf AI routing to Mumbai's local realities
- Has seen first-hand how AI changes work, and how much local context matters
